PC hollow grid board equipment consists of extruder, fast screen changer, die, calibration table, primary haul-off and trimming device, hot oven, film lamination device, secondary haul-off, cutting device, conveyor, board collector, etc. Hollow sheet extrusion line is equipped with special calibration machine and annealing furnace, whose characteristics are as follows: wear resistance, dust removal and sizing of vacuum forming table, which makes it easier to operate; high-speed screw, high rotating speed matching deceleration pump and low energy consumption with stable pressure; the extrusion capacity is 25% higher than other brands, because of the special design of calibration plate; the unique cooling system and vacuum system of shaping plate. Design to ensure high-speed extrusion finalization; special annealing furnace design, compared with other brands of extrusion line is easier to control, board flatness; roll softness on haul-off can be designed according to customer requirements; the air capacity and low pressure of hollow grid sheet is easy to adjust and operate; special module is designed especially for the die of PP hollow plate. The thickness of the double walls of the hollow plate should be between 2 mm and 10 mm. The edges between the two walls should be rectangular and diagonal; the anti-UV co-extrusion layer can be single-sided or double-sided, and the surface layer can be sandblasted or smoothed according to the structural requirements. High proportion recyclable sheets can be mixed with raw materials.
